Bridge Mediation is a consulting, advisory and capacity building organization.
We provide policy consulting and are actively involved in advising the central and various state government’ departments on framing and implementation of policies.
We inspire disputants, budding arbitrators and mediators to think out-of-the-box through our skill-based training programs. We are one of the pioneers in organized civil and commercial mediation, policy advisor, consulting, think tank and training in India. We also provide consulting services related to institutionalization of ADR services, setting up, operating and scaling up ADR centres providing arbitration, mediation, conciliation and neutral evaluation services. We provide capacity building in leadership, conflict management and cross-cultural negotiations.
Some of our other services include assistance in developing in-house processes for pre-litigation, confidential dispute resolution and conflict coaching for employees and teams. We design and implement internal or external dispute resolution systems or grievance mechanisms that allow companies to know when problems arise and address them at the lowest level possible. We assist infrastructure companies in right of way negotiations, brand building and sustainable community development in long term projects. We assist other organizations to develop institutional mediation capabilities. We assist corporates to develop better operating procedures for internal and external dispute resolution.
